Quirky quirks from the land down under #00006

I wondered how come we are on the extreme right lane and there are hardly any cars around.

Then I was told that this is the lane for cars with 3 or more people in the car.


Makes perfect sense. More people in the car, more time wasted travelling, so to be fair, they created this lane.



Maybe Sg roads can take a leaf (or two) out of the book of the Au traffic system.

So if a pregnant woman and her hubby are driving in a car, are they entitled to use this special lane too?

actually they have this in the states too...it's called the carpool lane...2 or more people for that one...supposed to encourage carpooling...

technically, the baby is declared a human life after a certain number of weeks, and this depends on the law of that state/country.

I think this is around 8-9 weeks for most cases. But don't quote me.
